This used to be a great Boots, now possibly the worst shop on Dumbarton Rd. They close for lunch when it's sometimes most convenient for some people but in particular one of the pharmacist is just down right rude and honestly shouldn't be in a customer facing position.

Tried to return an incorrectly picked order - received totally random items. No manager on site, no exchange, no refund, I'm stuck with Boots mistake and can't even get my money back and will need to trawl other stores in town another day. Why are you open if you can't provide basic services???

My young daughter was in agony and the staff were totally dismissive and curtly told me to take her to the doctor. Offered nothing but total contempt. Boots are a disgusting company and the staff a disgrace.
