I visited the store on Monday with glasses which had a broken frame. Fortunately l had been able to recover the lens which dropped out undamaged. I think the optician didn’t really know how to assess my problem and sent me to the hospital despite a normal retina scan that I paid an extra £50 for. And I’ve never been given a copy of the scan nor a report nor does it seem to get into your health records. Bit of a waste of money getting it.
