Staff unbelievably ignorant, eyes down no attempt to look up at waiting customers. Gave it 5 mins then left, actively avoiding being helpful, don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.

Since they took over my prescriptions from the doctors instead of me ordering they never have them ready n don’t apologise, need to call endlessly n never answer the phone . Waiting days for a prescription n don’t text when ready even though they assure you they will. Service certainly not what it used to be !
