When you need medication, make sure you don’t need it while they’re closed for lunch. A disgrace to the brand, this branch of Boots. But upon reading the reviews,they apparently aren’t bothered.

The store is closed between 1-2pm each day. The phone is only answered on special occasions and if you go in to the store staff will ignore you for as long as possible.

Staff completely ignore you - not even to say "sorry I'll be with you shortly"; left waiting for more than 10 mins. Choose another pharmacy!
