We went to Egypt on 23/122023 and returned 4/01/2024, we were told it was a 5 star hotel the Jasmine spa hotel the hotel wasn’t even a 2 star the rooms were filthy to the extent I wouldn’t let my dog stay there, I have plenty of pictures of the filthy room the mattress was all blood stains and really filthy the curtains...

I booked my holiday to Egypt for over Xmas and new year I was told all the hotels in Egypt are the same but this wasn’t the case it was the worst holiday of my entire life the hotel was so dirty the food was disgusting I only got back 3 days ago and I am still ill in bed with malnutrition I wouldn’t let my dog stay...

I visited Gordon Street on Saturday 6th January just to have a look at a holidays. Let's just say first class customer sevice I would give them 10 ? star's. Experience was just amazing. Staff where truly amazing, very friendly with lots of knowledge and patience. I booked my dream holiday within 10 mins from start to finish....
