This branch is got to be slowest place ever ? three desks & only if lucky two open , this is a small branch area not that big for all standing waiting for service or even privacy, also times are rubbish for when you work all week, not everyone wishes to be online but also needs to go into branch , shuts at three ?

The male staff was extremely rude to my relative and myself when putting cash to the machine. He lectured us about being incompetent of putting cash into the machine, even thought we were going to straighten the notes.
