Absolute shocking behaviour from staff members this afternoon (22/11/2023). First of all, till operator serving on till stopped half way through scanning the customer in front of me's shopping to hug and gab away to another member of staff about non work related subjects for a few minutes. Took back packet of rice as it was mouldy cashier said we don't normally take food back considering it was mouldy & stinking ended up taking it as I wasn't leaving. No apology pretty sad I thought
