Bought a click and collect traveling a long way to get my item at prestwick on collecting the curtain bag was ripped I asked the nice guy at store to write in the receipt that it was ripped as wasn’t sure they’d be suitable… anyway not suitable! Penny was amazing - no hassle return on a faulty hot cup machine and sorted us with a temp kettle until a new hot cup is available - first class service
