Glasgow Central branch. I had bought a damaged item still on its card but they insisted they'd need a receipt even just to swap it - I didn't want a refund. Forced to rate staff's performance on the card machine. When I questioned this, the staff member seemed visibly upset and said it was head office's new way of assessing their "customer service".
