Reception staff cold, unfriendly, and unwelcomeing it's a pity as the rest of the staff members seem so nice.

Unfortunately, some of the reception staff let this practice down. I actually cant bring myself to call any more as I get anxious about how Ill be spoken too. Such a shame as all the nurses and GP’s are great.

Travelled back home from Chicago with an injury, went to my practice in Earlston where they couldn’t give me any appointments. Went to gala and treatment nurse Linda and receptionist were outstanding. Provided 1st class service! Would 100% recommend.
