“I've been banking there for years and they have the most friendliest, knowledgeable staff s well as a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Their building is easily seen and busy, polite staff that bend over backwards to help you and of you have disabilities (Learning, physical, mental health issues) they can help you by making sure you are not overwhelmed with jargon. I never want to be without them or leave them...as they give me support and help whether in the brach, online, or over the phone.”

“Nationwide have always looked after my finances and mortgage fantastically. The staff are wonderful. I do feel their current opening times rather confusing. Mid pandemic ? I cannot get to the bank over the weekend and as a teacher am limited to be able to go in between 10-2. I do the majority of my banking online but feel the blanket closure every weekend and most of the week is providing an extra unnecessary challenge to key workers at this time, subsequently I have not renewed my mortgage with Nationwide and have cheques for my girls savings accounts from Christmas that have not been paid in as the machine won’t accept their cheques into my account and they are too young to have their own card. Surely one early morning or one late night or one Saturday a month would be possible?”
