A nice place to stay. Many rescued animals. If you want there is a lot of information. There is also delicious coffee and cake. When the weather is good, you can also sit comfortably outside.

A magical place, for kids mainly, they have meercats! It has a lovely café which has a good menu and the setting is so beautiful, may it always be open.

Loads of animals to see, most of them with a bad start in life but now being well cared for. The café at the end of our walk around was a welcome stop for coffee and cake ? Would definitely recommend ?

From Fernvalley Wildlife Centre
Fernvalley specialises in giving abandoned and abused exotic rescue animals a forever home.
We are open to the public year round and house a unique variety of exotic species from lemurs, meerkats and raccoon dogs to mice and reptiles.
We are a family run business that prides itself on giving our animals a second chance at a safe and loving home.
Come take a walk on the wild side with us and visit our animal residents!
We also have an on-site tearoom, open to non-animal centre visitors as well as those wishing to see our animals. We serve homemade, organic and local produce wherever possible including homemade jams and chutneys and Orkney Roastery Coffee. So why not make a day of it and stay for lunch and one of our well loved homebakes?
