Staff stocking things in the wrong place, staff on phones wandering with no idea what's going on around them, sushi section has disappeared and been filled with yet more Christmas goods. Not a pleasant experience at the moment.

Just went to the cafe for the first and last time. The cheese and spring onion toasties we ordered were basically bread with a small unmelted cheese slice inside.Staff were miserable, and this was the worst 12 quid I've ever spent.Will not be back.
