Disappointed by the customer service. Usually lovely. Staff failed to mention the 20% VAT wasn’t included on the price advertised which I’m sure is new as paid less before. Excellent Customer care. Made to feel very welcome. Staff made sure I got the items I required. Manageress and Assistant both went out of their way to help me. Fast service. Best Sally’s I’ve been to. Definitely will return regularly to this particular store
