Went into Morrisons cafe Falkirk on Monday 21/5/21 at around 5pm. It was quite empty . Terrible service by terrible people who can not be bothered doing their job that they are paid to do. Primarily old people working here who in theory should be kind people but are totally the opposite. Would recommend going to a food bank than coming in here.
