Trying to collect or return parcels here is a nightmare. DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR YODEL PACKAGES SENT HERE, THE STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND CAN NEVER FIND ANYTHING! 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN IN TODAY TO COLLECT THE SAME PACKAGE, NO-ONE CAN FIND IT!
