Went here for hot chocolate. The customer service is adequate.. however the seating down stairs is good. However negotiating the stairs with hot liquids is small issue that may need looked at there very thin and lots of them if there isn't seating upstairs it's big risk of the person isn't comfortable with stairs, the marshmallows... read full comment
