Rude female staff member. I was moving money from my help to buy isa, and asked if there was a minimum amount I needed to leave in the account. Had a fraud problem recently..and staff here dealt with it in a very professional way..and showed patience as i am deaf .now resolved and reimbursed... thank you ..Gillian
