Absolutely dreadful service. Ignored completely by staff. Not a sorry to keep you waiting or I'll be with you on a minute. I walked out, went elsewhere and certainly won't be back.

Was challenged as to how I got in! Apparently, someone hadn't locked the door for lunchtime. No signs, or in fact so many signs you can't see the wood for the trees. 4 or 5 folks in the shop already.Was made to feel like a burglar. Male chemist very resentful. Wasn't my fault. I stopped using Boots Grangemouth for my prescriptions a long time ago due to the inefficiencies I experienced. I had to call to collect a prescription for a neighbour and guess what? Nothing has changed, another lost prescription and another journey tomorrow to hopefully get it then. It’s also annoying that the opening... read full comment
