The staff are always friendly and helpful when I go in but this is the third time I’ve come to post something and the post office is not open despite being opening hours, it’s really frustrating to walk here in the cold to have to walk all the way back again. If the opening hours have changed they need to be updated

Staff are friendly, no issues. I drive over here rather than going to the one right next to me in Dalmuir because the owners here are much friendlier and not rude.
