Quite simply the most pointless bank branch that is left in the area. Of the last three times that I've visited to set up a new account for my daughter have been advised they're too busy or short staffed to be able to do this in less than 4 weeks. After 20 years with the TSB it's time for a change of bank.

I have been dealing with the TSB in Elgin for the past year or so. Initially as Power of Attorney over my Dad's banking affairs and more recently my husband and I opened an account. I have been incredibly impressed with the staff and service at this branch. Everyone has been extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you
