I’d like to say how courteous and pleasant your staff member was at this store, when I visited on 19th April. He was well presented, patient and took time to make conversation. What a difference that makes. Please give the guy a pat on the back for his level of service. Thanks!

Very poor customer service from the lady behind the counter, easily the worst customer service I have had in any branch of WH Smith anywhere in the UK! Arrogant, condescending, offhand, unhelpful and very lazy! No wonder the reviews and score are so poor on the website!
