They lied about the terms of usage just to make you sign a contract with them quick. I’ve been spending two months trying to change terms but failed.

The absolute worst and most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. Don't even try to sign up with them, honestly. I had a monthly rolling contract with them, cancelled the contract, returned the device, and they kept generating bill which led to a huge decrease in my credit score for 5 long months.
