Tried to buy the new dior perfume today in the st James quarter store shocking customer service asked price was told to look at back of box ignored by 3 unfriendly members of staff they were also rude anyway went few doors down to John lewis bought perfume excellent customer service and got some samples will not be back...

My partner and I had service from a lovely lady named Aurora (sorry if I misspelled) she was very attentive after realisingy partner couldn't find something he liked. She gave us some perfumes in a small bottle to take home with us to be sure we liked the scent. We will definitely be back again! Thank you

Great place for perfumes.Not spread out like department stores, so you can see them all with a turn of your head.
