The Parcel sending facilities are very inconsistent. Often you will print of the Label and then be told they don't have enough space to accept the parcel. Parcel lost despite being scanned by them when it arrived. It’s such a mess and they’ve always been taking ages to locate anything, but it’s a shame that it was an expensive item that suffered this time. Not going to use them again.
