Shocking service by lady at the counter. Curly hair. After being told off for getting the Tesco app on my phone, been told they don’t do the cigarettes I was after. Colleague managed to get me them, as I knew they did them. If you don’t want to be at work, don’t treat your customers like they are naughty children.... read full comment
