This Starbucks has the best view I have ever seen. The staff was friendly, and I got my medicine ball pretty quickly. But better than that, I was surprised that the barista knew what I wanted. She said I don't get that ordered very often, but I can make it. Yeah!!!

The staff were inattentive and unaccomodating. Had it not been for the desire to be able to get an amazing view and photo of Edinburgh Castle upstairs, we likely would have left prior to finishing our drink order.

Was here last thursday in princess street got a Tea and sandwich in sealed packet there was a hair . The manager offered me an other sandwich which i took but couldn’t eat it felt sick . Also got money back for sandwich . Won’t go back these things put you off shame .
