Two of the on duty staff members seem to of found it acceptable to point & laugh at a customers infront of me’s appearance. To the person with the stars on your face & the other who was working with Paulo the evening of the 29th September all I can say is; do better, it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

Awful . I only ordered tea and was standing waiting for 20 minutes while all the other complicated orders were fulfilled. I had to ask if the tea was actually being made before someone actually made them. I almost cancelled the order. Genuinely terrible. The staff seem nice and I'm sure they are overworked and underpaid... read full comment
