First time hearing aids, first time varifocal glasses. the staff were brilliant , explained everything I needed to know. glasses took a bit to get used to but great now. Fab little specasvers in the sainsburys. They managed to fit me in fairly last minute because I had an eye irritation, and it got sorted out at the appointment - imediately felt much better! Optician was very friendly and helpful.
