First time we've stayed since the upgrade back in 2014 ish, really disappointed, the upgrade has turned what was a stunning interior, grand staircase in reception, real porcelain in the rooms, Cleopatra baths and other luxurious in the spa to a cheap version of everything, rooms are basic and cheap, who ever designed the... read full comment
