So the manager... a true horror of a woman. Rather then doing her job which is surely to serve the customer,instead stood around slagging off other members of staff, earwigging on private conversations between customers and looking to be honest a total shambles.\\nI did actually feel sorry for her as she was so sweaty... read full comment
