Staff are really friendly and helpful. A young lady Megan made my day because she remembered that I come in a lot, I live in the Old Town and this wee supermarket feels like a genuine local shop. It makes a huge difference when staff chat away and say hello to customers.

Service here is terrible. Even if they have 6 or more staff on at the time, there will still be no one assisting customers on tills or self service they’re all on the floor doing stock or whatever. 5 stars to the staff at this shop tonight! Especially Scott who directed us to everything we were looking for to go with our steaks … I thought we were friendly in Wales …. We officially love Edinburgh ❤️
