Office is open only 8am-10am. Royal mail is joke. How people can pick up their parcels if majority are working at these hours?!

Very bad service. Took day off at work.Waited all day.My special delivery guaranteed by 1p.m never arrived.Delivery never attempted. Lying, disgraceful driver
