Last month, this post office lost a parcel (tracking shows it arrived here)—and there is nothing I can do. Last week they "attempted" a delivery of a second parcel without knocking and they seem to have given up on the idea of a second attempt. They are just holding the second parcel hostage.

Arranged for parcel to be delivered to local post office, 1st card said going to redeliver next day. Next day card said sorry can't leave in post office, why advertise this? Very poor service

Waited in for a parcel and i get a notification saying that the parcel couldnt be delivered because there was no answer and the depot is only open for the grand total of 2 hours on a Saturday
