I went into this branch on 30/12/22 after an error with RBS sending my replacement card to the wrong address. I updated the correct address and was assured my new card would be issued within 2 working days. 13/01/23 and still nothing. Only one Teller was operational and she was so long with a client.Not good enough considering there was plenty of staff on duty.

Amazing service, staff are really friendly and helpful when it came to me having lost my card and waiting on it they were able to help me get the money I neededSo many thanks gals&guys
