Shocking experience. Staff were never present, having to ring a doorbell and then wait 20 mins for someone to arrive. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, even the managers who I dealt with. Disgusting, in every respect. Avoid this hotel at all costs.First impressions weren't great - faulty front door that doesn't open fully; no reception staff, just two check-in terminals, one of which was out of order.On arriving at the room, one of the two keycards didn't work.
