Won’t take parcel even though they said that the post office counter was open just not taking parcels

Totally erratic opening times! 20 minute walk within stated open hours and just told it’s not open/opens in half an hour. Twice because someone was away to the cash and carry and today because the shop was busy with school kids. If you run a service like this you have to make the opening hours clear, it’s just not good...

Popped in a few random times to grab basics and do some Amazon returns. Always quick and easy to do returns, been served by really friendly staff. Would love if they did some fruit and veg, but I guess that's cause there's the Co-op so close by. Definitely going back again
