Blonde woman with shoddy tattoo on forearm needs some serious customer service training. You would have thought I’d kicked her dog the way she treated me as a customer. Not surprised to see she is already mentioned here numerous times as she is extremely rude and surly. A serious discredit to the Post Office.

Terrible, rude staff.. apart from the younger girl but man who is deputy manager and older blonde woman are rude and uninterested. Were meant to hold a parcel for collection and they sent it back. Dismissive and rude.. could do with customer service training

I have to agree with the majority of comments here.Absolutely dreadful customer service.The staff have been consistently rude, surly and disinterested over the last three years and their commitment to this cause is total.I think the post office should be informed as clearly don't read Google reviews!
