Poor quality of service. No pharmacist in the shop so not able to collect prescription. The law states a pharmacist must be there, I have no problem with that, so why isn't one on site? Although they have blazened across everything that they deliver, they decide whether or not they will bother. Even if they already deliver to your development several times a week you must still take time out of your working day if they do not deem you worthy of their service. No exceptions, no discussions.
