Visited the O2 shop, Fort Kinnaird store today - my husband and I are techno dinosaurs and needed help with our new phones. The girl who served us (sorry can’t recall name) could not have been more helpful or patient. Thank you so much for the great customer service we received today.

Lost my phone so went to nearest O2 store. Staff were useless. I think the person I spoke to was annoyed as I interrupted the game he was playing on his phone.
