I have every admiration for your front of house individual who seems to have to deal with a very busy shop and a chaotic system. (doesn't breed confidence that she desperately has to search for filled prescriptions). Hope she gets paid well for quite a thankless task.

It's been hard but I think it's getting better and I wish people would stop being racist against the staff! Update: the pharmacy was very busy so yea everyone was a bit stressed,but the boss pulled in a staff member and screamed at her till she was crying and the well known staff member had to go back and do her work and... read full comment

They don’t answer the phone, ever, nor emails, nor chats, nothing. Terrible pharmacy in every aspect.
