Not impressed by the service of two new young staff. They just want you served and out of the shop as fast as possible. I don't expect much when I go into a shop, but basic good manners is good. Little things like offering a bag or just saying sorry when an item is unavailable or the lottery machine is broken would be appreciated.... read full comment
