Popped in to get coffee x the machine was not giving out milk! Told young girl serving but couldn’t care less ! The only nice member was an Indian guy serving!

Bought a box of watermelon fingers today and found out it already went bad, I am so disappointed that M&S is selling rotten food, I didn’t scan my spark card or take receipt as it’s just a small purchase so now I am not able to get the refund by calling the customer service, going back to the store is going to cost... read full comment
