Went in to buy christmas presents - not even a hello or thankyou after purchase from the staff. Cant comment on the quality of the products as I dont use them but if they are charging £8 for hand cream then they should probably up their customer service skills.

Bad service from one of the middle aged shop assistants. She was unhelpful with answering my questions and her behaviour towards me made me feel small for being foreign. Not a good experience for me unfortunately.
