At the very top of this mall there is a terrace overlooking St-Andrews monument. It's really cool! My friend and I got some drinks and some chips and had a great time. I got a margarita frozen and they were very generous with the alcohol! The chips came with this really delicious dipping sauce (and only cost 4 pounds).... read full comment
