Had a lovely experience today. Was struggling to find a dress and Ava was alone on tills and still offered to go out of her way to find it. I told her it was alright and not to worry as I'd try find it online so she wasn't pulled away from what she needed to do. Been here multiple times, changing room always closed, staff standing chatting on the floor loudly laughing and gossiping about colleagues, staff on till rude and wouldn’t even try to help. Asked to use changing rooms, response was “no they’re closed so that’s not possible”

I am not a big fan of HM but I must admit it is a good shop.
