Pretty interesting place where they sell Bubble tea that's made at the top floor, and food made in the lower. However, the service is incredibly slow if ordering food. Buyer beware!

Pho was decent, but seemed overpriced for the quantity given. And no bean sprouts or basil leaves or jalapenos with the pho -- doesn't feel like pho without those core ingredients.
