Why are the vegan sausage rolls always cold though ???

We ordered tandoori chicken bougette and they gived us chargrill chicken cold sandwich. It was awful. And then to have have something hot, we ordered a hot apple and cinnamon porridge.But then they said they don't have a spoon so how are we supposed to eat the hot porridge while sit-in?! Worst Gregg's service you will ever get. A queue of 5/6 people regularly takes 15minutes +Not sure who's bright idea it was to offer speciality coffees in the morning, more people in the line to get a free coffee on the app than there is at Starbucks, easily 5 minute orders.4th or 5th times I've had to walk out after waiting... read full comment
