Awful experience. It takes ages to get through to them on the phone. When I do, they always need to check something and promise to call back but they never do.

We didn’t get our miles of smiles all we got was poor customer service. All we got a was a call from Sam calling my husband out for putting a bad review on Facebook and I have asked for a email and a call back from Alex the manager and still waiting!!!!!
