Couldn't get a human on the phone to pick up a parcel. Gave up in the end.

Unhelpful and rude staff, talked to me like a 4 year old, wouldn't offer any help for what to do if the package wasnt viable. Will never go there again, if her hospitality demeanor is the way it is for the dhl pickup and dropoff point I'd hate to see how she is with customers.
